3D Design & Animation

An Iconic mug, reimagined.

This project introduced a limited series of Nescafé’s classic Red Mug, featuring four exclusive designs celebrating the brand’s heritage and commitment to sustainability.

To support the storytelling, we built a fully hyperrealistic environment designed to capture the warmth and familiarity of a freshly brewed cup of Nescafé. The piece also required a seamless transition from live-action footage of a coffee plantation into a fully 3D sequence inside the mug, creating an immersive visual journey from origin to cup.

All assets were modeled, shaded, and rendered from scratch using a Cinema 4D and Redshift pipeline. This approach reduced production costs while maintaining high visual fidelity and added flexibility to the workflow, allowing artists with strong 2D skills to contribute through illustration and animation elements integrated into the final piece.

A Classic just got more iconic
